So I took a long break from programing again. Mainly due to getting a new job and being tired as butts. I wanted to get an update out this year that actually works, but at this rate I'm not sure I can! I still have some work to do on the image converter to make it work 100% like it's supposed to. Some days I open up Visual Studio and can't find the muster to write anything. This is an "update" 0.9 but honestly the number means nothing it was just a random number I came up with. When I release the program in full the version scheme is going to be YYYY.Update-Number.Features-Add.Bugs-Fixed. So technically there is ImageConvert.Lib and ImageConverter.Win. The "Win" is the desktop version and the "Lib" is all the code that is behind the program and pretty much makes it work. The UI is pretty much done, though I have a few more things to add. I wanted to add a "Before and After" size comparison at the top. I also need to add a way to report bugs. The library is basically done. The major code is done now all I have to do is add the bugs view and do some code clean up and that's it. Here are some in work version of the UI.

So I've started to clean up my board game collection so I can start to index them.
IT'S SO DAMN SLOW!!! I have way to many board games, cards, toys, and random vhs/betamax shiz. I'm collecting faster than I am cleaning. I just got THREE BAGS worth of shiz from Goodwill. Though I just got some Betamax tapes from a "classic" collection. When I got home I opened up one of the boxes and one of the tapes was wrong. It was from the same collection but it wasn't the same tape that was the case. So I went to Ebay and got two more. I don't like getting things from Ebay or Amazon as I'm not that big of an actual collector. Though I might be collection both editions of the "collection" Soon I'll get some actual indexing done and get some photos up. I have a pretty decently sized board game, card, and random toy collection going on. I want to catalog all of them. Which I think I'm going to start this weekend. I also want to do some review/history of some of them as well. At some point all of them. I think the first I'm going to start with is Monopoly, which I have many many different versions of. It's a classic so I think many people would like to know some more information about it. I dunno. It's gonna take me a while though as I have to go through all my collection and find what is different about each and every one. I guess first I should go through my collection and catalog them first though.
So I had some of the apps that were for UI stuff. They were more a hassle than anything. I got rid of them and just looked at what the default editor could do. I feel it's lacking sometimes. So they just disabled creating new apps. They said they are bringing something else later this year. I hope so. Honestly I just feel like Weebly has been lacking lately with no new updates. So I hope they do some really needed updates. I feel like Square does care about weebly as they directly link to here when you want to create an online store.
So I decided to redesign the site again. Well sort of. I say redesign as trying to do a mass change is Weebly is taxing. I like Weebly but damn. I've recreated the home page. I created a portfolio of some kind. I added my music and art to the website. Don't know if I should, but hey it's there... Updated the about page and added a contact page. Next on the todo list is the projects!
Well almost... I want to better myself... Blah blah blah, all they same mumbo jumbo. It's true though. I'm not in the most healthy of places at the moment. I weigh in around 300 pounds, and most of that is fat, like all of it mostly. I have many things I have planned to do next year.
I want to join a gym and loose some weight, I want to get mostly dept free by paying off my student loan(Which is about 4K-ish), Pay off my credit card, and get caught up on bills that I am behind on. I want to focus on developing. I've limited myself to three projects. FurrFriends.net. Squirrely Utilities, and Game development. (This website doesn't really count as developing and I created it in Weebly) |
